Where to Farm Bananas in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Jun 14, 2024

In Disney Dreamlight Valley, Bananas are one of the many fruits that can be gathered from trees around the Valley from two specific biomes.

In Disney Dreamlight Valley, there are several goods around the Valley to gather or harvest which include Bananas. Bananas are one of the several fruits that can be found around the Valley, typically in designated regions, which players can harvest several times a day.

Bananas are specific to two areas in the Valley and can be found in one of the character realms. As players are likely to move their trees around when re-decorating, it's worth noting that the trees will produce bananas regardless of where they are moved to, even if it is outside their original biome.

In Disney Dreamlight Valley, gathering bananas is pretty straightforward. Unlike most of the vegetables which require farming in Disney Dreamlight Valley, bananas are naturally grown on trees in the valley and will respawn on their own when picked. The banana trees will naturally appear in two different biomes.

The first is Peaceful Meadow which is automatically unlocked at the start of the game. Unfortunately, there are not that many in this area, so players are going to want to unlock Dazzle Beach as soon as possible.

Dazzle Beach can be unlocked with Dreamlight, as are the rest of the biomes. Once unlocked, several banana trees can be found here as well. In addition to these two locations, Bananas can also be found in Moana's Realm once players have unlocked that as well. Each harvest of bananas will yield three bananas, and they will respawn every twenty-three minutes for players to re-harvest.

It's a good general rule of thumb to start each day by going around the valley to gather and harvest any available items that have spawned, so a good stock of everything can be put in Disney Dreamlight Valley storage for future uses.

Players may also experience an occasional Golden Harvest in which the tree will glow a golden color and more than three bananas can be harvested as long as players keep pressing the button to harvest until the glowing stops.

Bananas do not have as many uses as some other valuable items, such as Pumpkins in Disney Dreamlight Valley, but there are several things that can be done with them including several recipes, selling them to Goofy, or crafting a specific manual. The recipes that include bananas are Banana Ice Cream, Banana Pie, and Banana Split, with the last of those being the highest-selling and most energy rewarding.

Selling bananas to Goofy will not yield a crazy amount of Star Coins in Disney Dreamlight Valley as they only sell for 23 each, but for something that's free to obtain, that's not too bad. Finally, they can be used to help craft the Foraging Training Manual, which can change a character's friendship specialty.
